Destin, Fla. (Thursday, February 4, 2016) – First Florida Bank is proud to announce that Barry Stanley has joined the Bank as the Senior Vice President/Director of Secondary Market Lending.

Mr. Stanley brings more than fifteen years experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Director of Retail Sales. He served with Bank of America in the Georgia division before his elevation to Director of Mortgage Loan Origination in the Florida panhandle. For seven consecutive years he was a member of the prestigious Pinnacle Club.

First Florida Bank Chairman/CEO Frank Burge stated, “We’re elated to have Barry become a member of our executive management group and direct our secondary market division. With his regional knowledge of the Panhandle area, First Florida Bank will look forward in expanding our presence in the Emerald Coast marketplace.”

Originally from Siler City, North Carolina, Stanley earned a BS in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University while minoring in Business. His MMLS number is 544522.   Stanley is active in the Rotary Club, serving the community through Habitat for Humanity and Manna Food Drive. He enjoys boating and jet skiing with his wife Denise.
