Dr. James Arthur
Dr. James Arthur has been a practicing physician for over 30 years. He received a B.A. in Chemistry in 1971 from the University of Arkansas and an M.D. from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1975. He completed his neurosurgical residency in 1981, and became Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery in 1985.
Dr. Arthur currently practices in Hot Springs, Arkansas and previously served as the Director/Manager of the Hot Springs MRI Imaging Center from 1988-2009. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Diplomate American Board of Neurological Surgeons, and a member of the Arkansas Medical Society.
Dr. Arthur has been a real estate investor in both Okaloosa and Walton Counties for over 10 years. He resides part-time in Santa Rosa Beach with his wife, Lee Ann Arthur, and is a father to 2 sons and 6 daughters.
Frank B. Burge
Frank Burge has over thirty-eight years of experience in the banking industry and currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of First Florida Bank. Mr. Burge served for several years as a Financial Examiner for the Arkansas State Bank Department, but most recently served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Destin Bank until it was sold to Whitney Bank in 2005. Mr. Burge is also a joint managing member of Andrews + Blaine, Ltd., LLC, headquartered in Destin, Florida, which specializes in manufacturing/imports.
Mr. Burge received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University and graduated with a specialization in Management from the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.
Mr. Burge previously served as Group President of the Florida Bankers Association and as President of the Destin Harbor Association.
Mr. Burge resides in Miramar Beach with his wife, Pam.
Harroll Castle has over forty years of experience in the land entitlement and banking industries. He began his banking career in 1966 after graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi. He attended three specialty banking universities, and was an instructor with the American Institute of Banking from 1967–1990.
Mr. Castle began his career working in land titles, title insurance and real estate in 1990. He moved to Destin from Mississippi that year, where he started a local land title company named Acquire Corporation. In all, he has held majority ownership of nearly fifteen businesses, as well as holding executive positions at several banks over his lengthy career.
Prior to joining the Board of Directors at First Florida Bank, Mr. Castle spent three years as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Stewart Title of the Panhandle, LLC. Mr. Castle is currently the President of Southern Shores Professional Center Owners’ Association, and resides at his home in Freeport.
Co-Founder/President, Newman-Dailey Resort Properties
Jeanne Dailey has extensive experience in the management, marketing, and sales of real estate properties and maintains a large network of business associates throughout Destin and South Walton County. She has contributed greatly to the growth and development of Destin and was voted "Business Woman of the Year" by the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and "Small Business Person of the Year" by the Walton Chamber of Commerce in 2001.
Ms. Dailey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University and earned an Associate of Fine Arts Degree from Sienna Heights University.

Senior Partner of Dewrell & Herndon
Don Dewrell is a prominent attorney on the Emerald Coast and the senior partner of Dewrell & Herndon in Shalimar, Florida. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Florida State University and earned his law degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Dewrell was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1965. He served from August 1965 to July 1968 as a Judge Advocate in the USAF. He is admitted to practice before all Florida courts, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is married to Carol Adams Dewrell and has four children, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Mr. Dewrell’s practice is limited to criminal defense law and he is a member of the Okaloosa Walton Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar.

Kevin O. Logan
Real Estate Investor/Investments
Kevin Logan owned and operated Freeport Lumber Co. and Freeport Truss Co., one of the panhandle of Florida’s largest employers for 20+ years before selling his company to Builder’s First Source, a nationally known entity. Mr. Logan currently manages real estate holdings from Florida to Colorado with emphasis in the commercial sector. Mr. Logan formerly served on the Board of Directors of Destin Bank, Destin, Florida until its sale to Whitney Holding Corp in 2005. Mr. Logan received his degree from Jacksonville State University Jacksonville, Alabama with a degree in Political Science.
Mr. Logan resides in South Walton with his wife, Susan, and their three daughters.
Brett Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and currently serves as President of First Florida Bank. A life-long resident of Walton County, Mr. Wilson joined First Florida Bank when it opened its doors in 2006. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors and being President of the Bank, Mr. Wilson oversees the Bank’s lending activities.
Mr. Wilson is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge Louisiana.
Mr. Wilson resides at his home in Freeport with his wife, Robin, and their two children.
Dewey C. Wilson, Jr.
CEO and Chairman, Florida Community Services Corporation of Walton County
Dewey Wilson has more than 14 years experience in the community banking industry serving on the Board of Directors of Destin Savings Bank, which later became known as Destin Bank. Currently, he is the President and General Manager of Florida Community Services Corporation of Walton County , also known as Regional Utilities of Walton County. Prior to joining Regional Utilities in 1988, Mr. Wilson was the County Administrator for Walton County and served five years in US Air Force at the Eglin Air Force Base.
An active participant in the community, Mr. Wilson has board experience as Co-Chairman of the Executive Loan Committee, Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Governor's Growth Management Committee, and member of Board of Directors of Walton County Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Wilson holds active professional licenses as a general contractor, electrical contractor, and plumbing contractor. He lives in Freeport with his wife and child.
